Senior Programmes

Important Dates for 3rd years and Transition Years relating to Senior Programme options

Friday 13th January: All 3rd and TY students who will be choosing a senior cycle programme receive a presentation regarding Transition Year, Leaving Certificate Applied and Leaving Certificate during school time.

Friday 20th January: All 3rd students who may potentially be going into 5th year along with TY students will receive information about Leaving Certificate and Leaving Certificate Applied subject options.

Tuesday 24th January: Online meeting for parents and students of 3rd year and Transition Year students regarding 5th year Senior Cycle programmes LC, LCA and TY. 7pm - 8pm. Please note that Leaving Certificate Applied will be offered through the medium of English. Link will be sent by text on Tuesday 24th.

Wednesday 25th January: Application forms will be handed out for students to apply for the Senior Programme they would like. An application form whereby a students selects the programme they are interested in does not imply that a student will be successful in getting a place on that programme. (Note as TY students will be going on work experience they will receive their forms on Fri 20th January - forms are not on a first come first served basis. All forms received by February 8th will be dealt with in accordance to our Policy procedures)

February 8th: Closing date for applications for Senior Cycle programmes.
