Please click here to access the Parent Teacher Meeting Organiser to book or view your schedule.
Following the submission of preferences – a schedule will be provided to all parents in advance of the Parent Teacher Meeting.

This can be accessed using the same login details as the booking system. Students will also be given a handout of the meetings scheduled.
*Whilst every effort is made in the system to provide parent preferences, some teachers may be fully booked or unavailable on the evening.
Meetings will be 5 minutes in duration and it is essential for the effective running of the event that the assigned times are adhered to.
Unfortunately, teachers will not be able to meet with parents outside of the assigned meeting times on the schedule.

After the meeting, if you wish to receive a follow up call/ or arrange a subsequent meeting with a subject teacher, tutor, Caomhnóir or member of our student support team (Guidance Counsellor or Learning Support Teacher) please email info@luttrellstowncc.ie with the details of this request.
